These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the White Noise iOS mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your region) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Conduct

• You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Consumable and non-consumable item behavior follows Apple platform rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including stories, characters, visuals, music, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute content except as expressly allowed.

6. Updates and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also release updates that change gameplay, balance, or content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residence unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
